Miami Valley Renovations, LLC has been in operation since October 2007. We work with both residential and commercial projects varying in size and scope.
Miami Valley Renovations, LLC is family owned and operated. Specializing in residential home improvements and commercial service work. We strive to offer quality products, installations and services at competitive pricing. We work to employ and partner with experienced carpenters, tradesmen and suppliers/vendors that know and understand the quality of work and products we expect for you, the customer. Miami Valley Renovations’ reputation, dedication and commitment to quality work has customers returning as well as referring us to their neighbors, friends and family.
Miami Valley Renovations does not subject homeowners to high-pressure sales tactics. We firmly believe in offering homeowners a direct and honest approach to pricing each project. Our quotes are provided in a printed, easy to understand format. Visiting our showroom will allow you the opportunity to view some of our product displays including windows, entry doors, flooring, countertops, cabinetry and more.
Established in October of 2007, Miami Valley Renovations, LLC offered residential renovation services. The additional services of commercial renovations and service work were added the following year. In 2014, MVR began acquiring a window and door company, adding the trade name America’s Best Choice of Dayton. Adding a team of experienced tradesmen, who specialized in selling and installing custom built quality windows and doors, allowed MVR the opportunity to again expand the services offered.
In August of 2021, after 7 years of operating with the two names, MVR cut ties with “America’s Best Choice” and relinquished its claim on the trade name “America’s Best Choice of Dayton”. Ultimately, this move continued to allow MVR to provide its customers with the same quality products and top-notch installations while simplifying its business operations.
Outgrowing its Piqua location, after 14 years, MVR had the opportunity to relocate just a few miles outside of Piqua. Beginning in March of 2023, we began the process of converting an old bank barn into our offices, showroom and warehouse. Officially moving to our current location on August 1, 2023. To start the process of obtaining your free quote, you’ll need to contact us! You can do this by calling our office at 937-570-6785, emailing us at sales@mvr-llc.com or clicking here to fill out our online request form.
One of our team members will contact you and from there we will work to set an appointment that works with your schedule. Next, one of our team members will meet with you and discuss the details of your project. They will be knowledgeable and professional. Keep in mind that will very rarely give pricing on the spot. After returning to our office, they will work to give the proper time needed to accurately quote your job. Once your proposal has been completed, it will be either emailed or delivered to you. If your proposal was sent electronically we will be notified once you have viewed it. If you have questions or revision requests we ask that you notify us. We will not call and hassle you about making a decision. We understand you may choose to go a different route or hold off on your project all together. We appreciate that you gave us the opportunity of quoting your work.
If you choose to move forward with Miami Valley Renovations and accept the proposal we will begin the “next steps” process depending on your specific job. Next steps may include a follow up visit for final measures and or confirmation/determination of more specifics. Likely a down payment will be collected at that time as well. Our goal is that your project will be completed with quality in mind and customer satisfaction. The length of the job completion is variable and based on the scope of work as well as the current work schedule. When we are ready to schedule your project we will again contact you to work out the details. At the completion of your project, we will collect your balance due and politely ask that you leave us a review on Facebook, Google or the BBB.
SALES PROCESS
Our process is simple. We are NOT high pressure sales!
*Call or email us and we will work to set an appointment that works with your schedule.
*Our salesperson will arrive and look at your project. They will be knowledgeable and professional. Very rarely do we give pricing on the spot.
*After returning to our office, the salesperson will give the proper time needed to accurately quote your desired work in a timely manner.
*When you open our email you find a link to click that will allow you to view your proposal. You have the option to just view or you can accept/reject the proposal. If you have any follow up questions or would like us to quote a different project, please let us know.
We understand you may choose to go a different route or hold off on your project all together. We are appreciative of the opportunity.
- If you choose to move forward with Miami Valley Renovations and accept the proposal you will then be prompted and given the option to electronically sign. We can also return with a paper copy that you can physically sign too. Next steps may include a follow up visit for final measuring, collecting your down payment and/or meetings to work out additional details.
When your materials arrive at our facility, we will work with you to schedule an install/start date that works with your schedule as well as our current workload. Your project will be completed with quality in mind and customer satisfaction. At the completion of your project we will collect on any outstanding balance and politely ask that you leave us a review on Facebook, Google or the BBB.
